Swedish Massage

Products I use
Neal's Yard are well-known for their aromatherapy and herbal remedy products that are made with all-natural ingredients and have delightful scents. Personally, I love using Neal's Yard essential oils that have both uplifting and calming properties, as well as rejuvenating effects. To enhance the treatment experience and add some luxury, I mix these oils with a grapeseed base oil.
Practitioners and athletes across the globe use Songbird sports massage wax. This product is highly sought-after by premiership football teams, international rugby teams, and Olympic athletes. The massage wax is made of 100% natural ingredients, including anti-inflammatory manuka and lemon essential oils and St John's Wort, which has regenerative properties.
